Any creative content made by me is for personal use only, unless a written agreement between myself and the owner of said creative content is made. Please contact me if you would like to discuss using my content for commercial use.

My creative content is prohibited to be used in relation to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and Cryptocurrency.

No one other than myself and the character owner/s are allowed to use commissions, YCHs, or adopts without written permission by the owner of the character/s for any reason.

I maintain all rights to my creative content. I reserve the right to use the illustration for commercial reasons such as advertisements, speedpaints, art books, prints, etc.

All creative content made by me will be delivered digitally as a high-resolution PNG image. There will never be any tangible items sent to you.

Please be sure to save any work you receive from me. I am not obligated to send the original file/s should you lose track of them.

No one is allowed to tamper with or remove the watermark in my creative content. Small edits are allowed by the owner or an owner-approved individual, but it is suggested that you keep the original file somewhere.

You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me due to PayPal's Terms of Service.

I only take commissions through FurAffinity and Twitter (both @Xiileaf). Payment is USD ($) through PayPal Invoices. You must provide me an email address to receive an invoice.

Full (100%) payment must be paid up front for all creative content before the commission or YCH is started, or the adopt is sent to you.

Payment plans are available for bids that have reached or exceeded $400, in which case 25% downpayment is required up front.

Full payment or first installment is required within 24 hours of an invoice being sent.

If interested, you may request the MDP and/or PSD workfiles of your commission for an additional 10% of the total commission price.

Commission prices are subject to change at any time for any reason without warning. Additionally, I am free to charge extra for characters I deem "complex" and will be discussed before payment.

I reserve the right to decline your business request at any time for any reason.

Backing out of payment will reopen the commission slot, YCH, or adopt to the next highest bidder/taker.

Communication will take place through either FurAffinity Notes, Twitter DMs, or Toyhou.se PMs (Toyhou.se adopts only). All completed works will be sent as a high-resolution PNG image (through a Discord link).

Commissions and YCHs require a visual reference of the desired character/s. Shaded and other non-standard references may be declined.

Commissions and YCHs will have a minimum of 3 updates sent to you: sketch, lineart, and flat color.

Edits may be requested at the sketch (ie. anatomy) and flat color (ie. markings) stages. Small edits may be requested at the other stages (ie. hues). I will always try my best, but large changes towards the end of the commission are never guaranteed.

Loss of contact (no response from the client for 7 days: from the message I have sent after your last reply) may be declared. Loss of contact is considered cancellation of business. The money will be kept.

Please discuss with me about commercial use of adopts if interested.

Adopts are hosted on FurAffinity, Twitter, and Toyhou.se only.

Backing out of a claim will reopen the adopt or backing out of an auction will go to the next highest bidder.

After sending payment, the adopt will either be transferred to you on Toyhou.se or sent as a high-resolution PNG through FurAffinity Notes or Twitter DMs (using a Discord link).

You are free to edit the design as much as you'd like (even unrecognizable), as long as I am credited by "@Xiileaf" or pinged on-site.

You must contact me first and ask permission about turning an adopt into an open or closed species. I will ask to review their Terms of Service first, so please have it handy.

I will not tolerate chargebacks, disputes, etc. Refunds will be given through Paypal Invoices and will only be given if I am unable to complete your commission. Refunds do NOT include PayPal nor conversion fees.

If I have not completed your commission within 60 or more days of payment being complete, you may request a partial refund (100% for no progress, 80% for sketch, 50% for flat color, 0% for any shading). I will continue your commission if you are not interested in a refund and I am able to do so.

Adopts are non-refundable. You are free to resell your adopt for however much you want, but the community is free to call you out if you have done so unreasonably (ie. upselling).

Being banned means you may be temporarily barred from claiming/bidding on creative content sales. Bans will typically last 2 weeks.

Being blacklisted means you cannot obtain creative content by me again. Blacklisting lasts forever, unless you appeal to me directly and I accept your appeal.

Do not give any of my creative content to blacklisted individuals. You, yourself, will be blacklisted.

You may only submit one appeal to be unblacklisted. There are no appeals for bans due to their temporary nature. Accusatory or otherwise distasteful language will not be allowed. Please be respectful and professional when making your appeal.

I reserved the right to ban or blacklist you for any reason.

Blacklisted individuals may keep any creative content by me that they are already in possession of, but may not obtain any more. Once my creative content is traded away, they cannot obtain it again.

Blacklisted individuals may NOT keep my creative content in the event of chargebacks, disputes, etc. That is stealing, and stealing will NOT be tolerated.
